The Ladybug Song – What Makes it Unique?

Ladybug songs are one of my very favorite pieces of music. When I first heard them I was very underwhelmed. I though they were just a funky jingle that I would never understand. Then a friend of mine sang them for me and that made all the difference.

Ladybug Song by Edith Piaf is the name of a California song that is also known as “Fiend Of The Gods”. Ladybug is thirteen months old and loves to hear music. Shocking, understand. While do enjoy watching her face brighten up and how she responds to the words and actions, I am not exactly known for composing soothing music, although do enjoy seeing her face light up.

As you can imagine, the first thing you need to write when thinking about this great piece is a song. It doesn’t have to be anything complex, but something that incorporates the main ideas. My favorite is “The Starry Night” by John Williams, which you can find online. The main theme is “XBT.”

Another great idea for a Ladybug song is “Starry Night,” by John Williams. This is a fairly simple composition with mellow piano chords and the main melody is an almost silent, almost peaceful string quartet. To me, this is one of the most beautiful songs in existence. If you like the sound of an ethereal string quartet, with a gently falling note and viola strings accompanied by a sound like crickets chirping, then you will like “Starry Night.” For example, if you use the free online “sheet music maker” app, you can type in “starry night” into the program and it will spit out the right arrangement.

If you want something a bit more serious, there are a number of composers who wrote popular commercial songs with Ladybug vocals. Two examples are Hank Williams and Boaz yip. Both of their songs “I am a Star” and “I Feel Fine” made the top ten in the UK. Boaz, of course, is best known for his work with synthesizers. Hank Williams was a well-known and beloved British singer who reached number one in the US with “Hank Something.”

If you’re still not convinced that Ladybugs sing songs in the same way as human beings, think about all those TV shows about the TV show “Fantasy Island.” That’s where they sing songs like, “Killer Bee” and “Spacestation.” How did those people get those songs? Did they read the lyrics to “Books Are Red” or watch a few episodes of “The X-Files”? They probably didn’t!
